Scallops - Lemon garlic butter ============================== - Scallops - Oil (olive) - Salt/pepper - 2 tbsp butter - 2 cloves minced garlic - 1/4 cup White wine (or broth) - 2 tbsp lemon juice 1) Put oil in a pan + season scallops with salt/pepper 2) Cook scallops over med-high heat for about 2 min per side to brown (and cook through-opaque) 3) Remove scallops from heat and set aside 4) Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan and add minced garlic. Heat for 1 minute 5) Add white wine or broth (2 minutes simmer) 6) Add more butter + lemon juice 7) Add scallops to warm + spoon sauce over the top multiple times ** Can server over rice, pasta, garlic bread or veggies like brocolli/zucchini noodles) ** ** Try with chicken cut into scallop size **
